About this role:

You will play a key role in our ambitions, putting customer needs at the center of your day-to-day work:

– You coordinate an accurate order handling process, including the administration and documentation of sales, purchase and manufacturing orders.

– Where needed, you are involved in pre-sales & after-sales activities.

– You drive business improvement, ensuring that we turn every challenge into an opportunity.

– You help make the most of our business software (Odoo), automating or simplifying recurring tasks.

– You help to develop and document business procedures, as we prepare to obtain ISO 9001 certification.

Even though not one day is the same as the other in our dynamic and international business, you will make sure that – as a team – we get the details right. With your focus, we steer the further growth of PCS together!

What are we looking for?

– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), in a field related to business or management

– Preferably you have +3 years of relevant work experience

– Proactive attitude and a customer-focused mindset

– Accuracy and efficiency come natural for you

– You are a flexible and empathetic team player, capable of troubleshooting when needed

– Proficient and modern IT skills (Office365, experience with ERP software like Odoo)

– Good communication skills; fluent in Dutch and English

– Salary range: Competitive salary in the range of € 2500 – € 4500,- with room for growth to above average

In view of the current composition of our team, we prefer candidates who are available for min. 32 hours/week and willing to work on-site in Veenendaal; we are open to discuss flexible hours or occasionally working from home.
