The GS Series product line offers a wide range of dome loaded control valves for installations requiring reliable and high precision control of gas, liquid or mixed-phase flow.
The GS Series comes in 4 different models and 5 different sizes:
All models are availabe in 5 line pipe sizes, ranging from 1/8″ to 1″ for optimal scaling and integration into the customer application at hand.
Because of the many available material options, these control valves can be made chemically resistant to even aggressive process media and they can easily be tailored to any other application requirements of the customer. For example: We offer GS units with PGL (PTFE glass reinforced) diaphragms & Viton o-rings for process conditions up to 175ยฐC, as well as GS units equipped with metallic or polyimide diaphragms and Kalrez o-rings for process conditions up to 300ยฐC!
If the many standard options do not meet your application needs, customized units can be engineered specifically for your process requirements. An example of this is the special GSDH2 back pressure regulator that was designed to handle a pressure of 250 bar gauge at a maximum of 300ยฐC, with a required Cv of 1.7. This GS Series product line is positioned between the multiple models of the Research Series on the one hand – the control valves in the Research Series offer a Cv-range between 0 to 0.6 – and the larger units in the BD Series, offering up to 4โ piping with a capacity Cv of 160.
