The LVF Series miniature back pressure regulators (so-called LVF units) are a miniaturized version of the low flow series.
The LVF Series miniature back pressure regulators (so-called LVF units) are a miniaturized version of the low flow series:
- With a diameter of less than 40 mm, it fits in almost every application.
- This small unit covers 90% of the flow and pressure range that you can achieve with a standard research series unit.
- The maximum flow is slightly limited due to the 1/16” UNF process connections, but the flow rangeability is unsurpassed with a turn down ratio of 1:100.000.
- With a maximum flow coefficient value Kv = 0.0085 (Cv = 0.01) down to a stunning 10E-7, the unit can offer solutions for a wide range of applications.
We can make the body material of this unit out of stainless steel or Hastelloy. With Viton O-rings and a polymeric diaphragm, the unit can handle a temperature up to 200 °C. Furthermore, the pressure ratings go up to 137 bar (2000 PSI). In addition, the unit can withstand 300 °C with Kalrez o-rings and a stainless steel diaphragm.
